It is filled with "e;tried and true"e; tips, recipes and suggestions for how to maintain healthy locs over a lifespan. As I write this description, I am on my 11th year of growing locs. Having experienced every style imaginable to man, I made the transition from chemical and heat managed hair to natural and botanically maintained locs. The previous styles, though beautiful, did extensive damage to my hair lining, hair follicles, and hair density. Since committing to loc, I am "e;free"e; with my own 30 inches and counting of hair length. I want to share that joy with anyone that will listen.
