Dr Kirby I. Bland is Fay Fletcher Kerner Professor and Chairman, the Department of Surgery and Deputy Director, Comprehensive Cancer Center at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. He has published over 400 journal articles and is Primary Editor of 8 books.
