There is no way to reverse the aging process, even though many people for thousands of years, including kings and queens, have tried to search for the magic formula for longevity in vain. But you can make judicious, simple choices that will help you slow down many of the debilitating effects of aging. This book is written as a guide for all of us to improve our chances of living a longer, happier, and more productive life with optimal functioning of our mind and body.

Dr. Richard Ng, a naturalized U.S. citizen originally from China, received his Bachelor of Science degree from Elmhurst College, Elmhurst, Illinois. In 1980, he graduated from the Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, Midwestern University, Illinois, and was primarily in private general practice since he received his D.O. degree. He has a special interest in nutritional health, and an author of other books: "Mindful Eating", "Overweight or obese, you can lose it", "A Pain Doctor's Dilemma", and "Aging". Another book, title "Alzheimer's disease: A relentless, multi-dimensional illness with fighting strategies". Which is being published. He would like to see older adults living healthier and more meaningful lives.
