Radhika Taroor has a variety of degrees in Behavioral Sciences including a doctorate and been associated with various associations and organizations related to Psychology. She has been developing new methods towards teaching in order for students to cope with the current day stress, lifestyle and an avid publisher of journals, papers internationally.

In the present study an attempt is made to assess the probabilistic orientation in relation to stress among parents of the school going children. Probabilistic Orientation of personality is based on the prototype of lifestyle of ancient saints and seers of our country who are the most sublimal section of the population as described in ancient scriptures. This programme consisting of 7 communicative sessions spread over a period of 4 days was imparted to a group of 60 parents of students studying in primary and secondary sections of Gulf Asian English School LLC, Sharjah, UAE. Control group of 30 parents to which the programme was imparted was also used for the purpose of evaluating the efficacy of the programme. Both the control group and experimental group were tested on their probabilistic orientation and stress management using Probabilistic Orientation questionnaires and State Trait Anxiety inventory at the baseline and after the training programme. This study will help the parents to enhance their awareness and develop a balanced perception for parenting.
