Dr. oec. Dipl. Ing. Clemente Minonne ist der Präsident und ein Principal Business Architect der iProcess AG, einer unabhängigen Organisationsberatung mit Sitz in Luzern, welche sich auf die Optimierung der Geschäftsarchitektur (Business Architecture) für Organisationen der Privatwirtschaft und öffentlichen Verwaltungen spezialisiert hat. Darüber hinaus ist er als Dozent am Institut für Organisation und Personal der Universität in Bern und weiteren Hochschulen tätig. Dr. Minonne ist Präsident der Gesellschaft für Unternehmensorganisation (GFUO) und Vorstandsmitglied der Gesellschaft für Prozessmanagement (Schweiz).

This change is promoted by the knowledge management maturity model, which is founded on the idea that successful knowledge management comprises four forms of integration, namely cultural, organisational, procedural and methodical. Despite an emphasis on one or other of these forms by many organisations, it is understood that all must be considered in parallel to implement knowledge management practices in an "integrative" manner.
