Ndumiso Tshuma has a Masters in Business Administration, Bsc Degree in Nutrition and a postgraduate Certificate in Advanced Health Management. He has extensive experience in research, nutrition,youth, social behaviour change communication, HIV and AIDS projects. His experience span from working with NGOs, gorvenments and the private sector.
Nutrition integration in HIV and AIDS programmes has been emphasized by the South African Department of Health. However, there still exist some gaps in the implementation process. This necessitated the need to undertake a study that would establish some of the barriers that have led to the lag in effective implementation at an organizational level. The findings have been targeted at driving towards feasible recommendations that ascertain implementation.
