Gunaseela Prabhu is a Doctorate in Production and Marketing, at present Serving as Associate Professor in the Department of Management Studies, Sri Ramakrishna College of Arts and Science, Coimbatore, TamilNadu. He has Thirteen years of teaching experience in PG and UG level and over the Fifteen years of Research Experience.

Work life balance is considered to be an important domain of research as it dwells upon a concerning challenges of employees who are trying hard in managing their employment and personal lives, especially women. They intent to balancing their work and personal lives as they realize it's a career important for their Socio-Economic independence. In the recent years, many women are employed in the IT sector as on par with male employees. In the present scenario, they are facing many challenges in their work place and social systems, and they finding it difficult to achieve a desired Work-Life Balance. By Comparing the man and woman have more responsibilities at both home and work place. In this juncture the book addresses this by presenting the findings of a Study on Work Life Balance among Working Women in IT sector in Coimbatore City of Tamil Nadu, India.As such this study seeks to examine the Socio Economic Challenges of Women employees and to ascertain their perception and opinions of Work-Life Balance in their Working Environment.
