This book is the first Chinese translation of Hartmann's works. It contains three representative works of Hartmann, all of which are related to Hartmann's reconstruction of ontology. Among them, New Ways of Ontology was firstly published in 1942. It is a Hartmann's later work summarizing his basic ideas of new ontology. The other two are also important papers of Hartmann in his later period.
