The In Clinical Practice series aims to provide expert information 'at your fingertips' - concise handbooks organized in a straightforward manner. The series is designed to meet the needs of the busy primary care providers by delivering authoritative and accessible information from clinical experts to assist with treatment decisions.
Each volume will consist of approximately 128 pages of 'traditional text' followed by approximately 6 clinical cases. The text will be complemented by a novel artwork program and 'pull out physician quotes' to highlight key points in the text. Both of these features were pioneered for the Management of Cardiovascular Risk series edited by Drouin and Liu .
