Mr. Harbinder Singh joined the Dept. of Pharmaceutical Sciences at Guru Nanak Dev University, Amritsar (India), as a Ph.D scholar, in 2015. In this compilation, various phosphodiesterases inhibitors published over the recent years, have been summarized. The compilation discussed thoroughly various inhibitors of the different class of PDEs enzymes and their pharmacological aspects along with their key features about the structure-activity relationship. Also, the design strategies employed for the synthesis of these inhibitors are presented in a graphical manner throughout the assemblage which will certainly make it interesting in terms of readability. Various types of key interactions within the ligand and enzyme are depicted diagrammatically. The topic will be the first in this field as it comprehensively presented all the aspects related to these inhibitors along with all the recent advances.
